• A Bridge Too...to Long Island
“More than eight million people live along the Long Island Sound, the notch of sea in that stretches from the Atlantic Ocean all the way to the East River separating Manhattan from Queens and Brooklyn. Two boroughs of New York City, big chunks of Westchester County in New York, and the entirety of coastal Connecticut rest on the Sound.
“And yet traveling from one shore to the other is, at times, impossible, especially for farmers ….”
