• Recipe: Seared Striped Bass - Video

“Season fish with kosher salt and white pepper. Heat a saute pan to smoking point. Add a small amount of vegetable oil.

”Sear filet skin side down until nicely browned. Turn and brown flesh side. Place in a 400 degree oven to reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees.”
