• Fishing Report: Boston Area - Tube & Worm

“The tube-and-worm rig is a length of colored surgical tube, typically 18-30 inches long, with a swivel at one end and a single hook at the other.

”After tipping the hook with a juicy sand worm, a fisherman simply pulls the tube through the water as slowly as possible, so it drags along just above the bottom, spiraling and tumbling past the noses of opportunistic stripers.”
