“Harbor blues showing up now, the smaller ones, kind of halfway between the full adults and the snappers that will be arriving soon. Warm, cozy harbors are a good place to look for these fun, aggressive fish. Grill aficionados say that if you eat blues, these smaller harbor blues—some say cocktail blues—are the best because at that size their diet hasn't switched to oily baitfish, which in turn make the blue's flesh oily and ‘gamier.’
