• Constructions Starts on Naugatuck River Fish Bypass


“Construction has started on a long-awaited $5.2 million fish bypass project at the Tingue Dam on the river in Seymour. Heavy machinery from Mastrobattisto Inc. of Bristol clanged and rolled on site of the project Thursday afternoon, as workers set to install cofferdams in the river to temporarily divert the water out of a work area.”
