• Connecticut’s Fishing Industry Struggles with Regulations

“…no matter what, the limits always seem to go down. They say if they over-fish one year, the next year the limits go down, so the population can restock.

”But if they under-fish, the limits also go down the next year anyway because they say regulators don't believe there's enough population out there.”
