Saturday’s general forecast is about the same as Friday’s: “Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain. High of 73F. Breezy. Winds from the NNW at 20 to 25 mph. Chance of rain 20%.”

The marine forecasts is: “Small craft should exercise caution: North to northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Bay waters choppy. A slight chance of rain.”

The winds on Key Largo are currently NNE at 18 mph. Out on the reef the wind hit a high of 26 kts [29.9 mph] at 0700 and it's currently breezing along at 18 kts [20.7 mph].

Air temp is 58°.

Can hear rain on the roof right now.

Water temp out in Florida Bay has dropped from the low 80°s to a current level of 66°…which is not going to be at all helpful for fishing the back country.

Perhaps you’d like to have a list of the books I’m currently reading?
