Smack Your Lips Over This One

”Jeff whipped up a garnish for the fish that consisted of mayonnaise, spicy mustard, garlic and two other secret ingredients. Paul Cetola assisted in the application of the sauce while Jeff generously covered each fillet with a combination of fresh green peppers, sliced tomatoes and sweet onions before they were inserted it into the club’s commercial ovens. My bride baked a full pan of roasted potatoes and prepared a casserole of cheese broccoli, both of which topped off the wild fish feast. The members ate hearty portions, many had large seconds, yet there was plenty of fish to take home for wives and girlfriends to sample.”
