Why You Need Good Knots

Charles Walsh On Mastering Fishing Knots

“As one of those unfortunate people who fall into the "all thumbs" category, tying fishing knots has always been, well, a problem for me. ..”

Nice Striper from Lower Housatonic River

Charlie W. was able to walk to the Housy and cast a chartreuse Clouser minnow for this 32-inch striped bass.
Best fish we’ve seen so far this year.

Don’t forget, a 2010 saltwater fishing license is required to fish the marine waters of Connecticut. You can purchase one from your local bait & tackle shop, such as Newtown Bait & Tackle, or at Town/City Hall.
